Bisbrooke Hall Estate
Now in its eighth generation, a privately owned Victorian estate in the heart of Rutland, shaped by eight generations and defined by heritage, beauty, and quiet distinction.
Heritage & Family
A Living Legacy
Set in the rolling Rutland countryside, Bisbrooke Hall has remained in the same family for eight generations. Today, it is lovingly run by Patrick, Rosie and their young family, who continue to shape its next chapter while preserving its character and sense of place.
The Estate
Bisbrooke is a diverse, working landscape of farmland, residential and commercial properties, and carefully preserved grounds. From formal lawns and a historic walled garden to orchards and open countryside, the estate offers a setting that feels both timeless and deeply connected to the land.
The Hall
Inside, a series of atmospheric rooms unfold. Grand dining spaces, richly panelled interiors, and portrait-lined halls with vaulted ceilings. Layers of history are woven throughout, including its time during the Second World War, when the Hall was requisitioned by paratroopers.
Creative & Commercial Use Film, Fashion & Editorial
Bisbrooke Hall is available as a premium countryside location for film, fashion and editorial shoots, exclusively through Black Book Locations. Its scale, character and lived-in heritage offer an exceptional backdrop for luxury brands and creative productions.
